Who has to attend Traffic Survival School?
Drivers who have been notified by the MVD that they must attend Arizona Traffic Survival School because they:
- Received a red light violation and paid the ticket instead of attending Defensive Driving School.
- Received a violation under the age of 18 and paid the ticket instead of attending Defensive Driving School
- Have accumulated 8 – 12 points on your drivers license.
- Received a ticket out of state and that state requires Traffic Survival School
- Ordered by the court to attend Traffic Survival School (Must bring court paperwork saying you need Traffic Survival School
